Rumi uses participant email addresses from your meeting to search your Salesforce:

|---|---|---|
| 1st | Opportunity | The most recently updated open Opportunity on the matched Account |
| 2nd | Account | If no open Opportunities exist |
| 3rd | Lead | If no matching Contacts were found at all |
Note: Personal email domains (gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.) are ignored — Rumi only matches on business email domains.
