In rare instances, certain organizations may have a firewall that limits access to the servers of our video providers. If this is the case, you must ensure that your network firewall is configured to allow access to the Rumi video service.
The following domains should be whitelisted:
*.livekit.cloud
*.turn.livekit.cloud
*.host.livekit.cloud
The following TCP ports should be whitelisted:
443
The following UDP ports should be whitelisted:
3478; 50000-60000
Once the domains and ports above have been whitelisted, close your browser and re-open the Rumi meeting. Test your devices again, and confirm that your video now works.
