With the Rumi.ai G-Cal add-on, scheduling meetings becomes effortless as it automatically defaults meeting links to Rumi.ai when two or more attendees are added to the event. Follow the steps below to install the Rumi.ai add-on company-wide and optimize your calendar experience. Let's get started!
<aside> đź’ˇ The Rumi.ai G-Cal add-on creates meetings for all users in your organization who have opted-in to hosting meetings on Rumi.ai. If you or your team members that set up meetings regularly have not opted in to host meetings on Rumi.ai, you can do so here.

To install the add-on, head to your Rumi.ai dashboard, and click on the button that says “Add calendar add-on”:
On the Google Workspace Marketplace page, click “Admin Install”:
