About Us:
Rumi is at the forefront of AI-driven meeting memory and productivity tools, helping teams save time, streamline information, and improve collaboration. We’re backed by top investors (Floodgate, Craft, Founder Collective), scaling rapidly and looking for an experienced partnerships leader to accelerate our growth through strategic alliances.
Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Marketer to join our marketing team. As a Growth Marketer, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive exponential product-led growth of our platform. You'll identify under-utilized marketing opportunities, develop hypotheses, design experiments, measure the impact, build on what works, and apply all of your learnings to build a compounding growth model for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform continual research on winning growth tactics, distilling why they work, and applying those underlying principals to your own experiments rather than repeating someone else’s tactics.
- Design and execute A/B testing experiments to measure the impact of marketing efforts on user behavior and the desired outcome.
- Work closely with Design and Engineering to design and execute resource-efficient tests, clearly articulating the goals, defining in advance what success does and doesn’t look like, and openly sharing the results and learnings from each experiment.
- Defining all key growth marketing metrics, and maintaining an up-to-date dashboard on the current state and trends of user acquisition costs, retention rates, and revenue growth.
- Develop and manage budgets for growth marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Scope, hire, and manage contractors and agencies. Define outcomes, budgets, and hold partners accountable
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop plans to address them
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, with demonstrable success, and a focus on digital marketing and user acquisition.
- Strong understanding of growth marketing principles, including A/B testing, experimentation, and data analysis
- Experience with marketing automation and measurement tools - Mixpanel, Posthog, HubSpot, etc.
- Very strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You know when to say yes, no, and don’t let requests silently fail.
- Proven experience operating as a ‘full-stack’ marketer in an early-stage environment, balancing strategy and execution
