Your Personal Meeting Space

Lobbies provide you with a personalized meeting space that you can use repeatedly for different meetings. Think of it as your virtual office where guests can arrive, wait in your lobby, and join meetings when you're ready for them.

With Lobbies, you get a custom link that remains consistent, making it perfect for scheduling tools such Calendly, Howie, Hubspot and Chili Piper, as well as email signatures, websites, and social profiles.

Getting Started with Lobbies

Accessing Your Lobby Link

  1. Find Your Lobby: Navigate to your Rumi dashboard
  2. Locate Lobby Section: Look for "Lobby" in the navigation menu
  3. Copy Your Link: Your personalized lobby link is ready to use and share

Customizing Your Lobby Link

  1. Go to your dashboard and select ”Lobby"
  2. Click the pencil icon ✏️ to edit your lobby link
  3. Enter your preferred custom name (only lowercase and underscores are allowed)
  4. Click "Save Changes"

Your new lobby URL will update immediately once changed - be sure to update your link wherever you’ve shared your previous link, such as Calendly or your email signature.
