As the Global Head of Sales, you'll wield significant influence in establishing and executing our sales strategies, expanding our clientele, and nurturing key relationships. Your impressive track record in B2B sales, exceptional leadership experience in establishing the sales function from scratch, and pioneering approach to navigating a dynamic market will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious growth targets.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy to propel revenue growth and infiltrate markets with Rumi's intelligent meeting assistant.
- Identify prime customer segments, industries, and geographic areas, tailoring sales approaches to effectively engage prospects and convert them into long-standing clients.
- Foster and cultivate strategic partnerships, distributor relationships, and alliances to optimize sales prospects and heighten brand visibility.
- Oversee the entire sales process, spanning from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and ongoing relationship management.
- Scrutinize market trends, rival activity, and customer feedback to derive insights that drive product enhancements and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, encompassing marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Instate and uphold appropriate sales forecasts, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to gauge success and steer strategic decision-making.
