Data Pushed to Salesforce

1. Event Object

Rumi creates and updates Events in Salesforce with the following fields:

Create Event Fields:

• StartDateTime - Meeting start time
• EndDateTime - Meeting end time
• WhoId - ID of related Contact or Lead
• WhatId - ID of related Opportunity or Account
• Location - Meeting location
• Description - Meeting description with participant names and Rumi session link
• Subject - Meeting title with format "Rumi: [Session Title] - [Participant Names]"

Update Event Fields:

• EventId - The Event to update
• Description - Updated meeting description

2. Contact Object

Rumi can create and update Contacts:

Create Contact Fields:

• FirstName - Contact's first name (optional)
• LastName - Contact's last name (required)
