Important steps to ensure Rumi Notetaker joins your Zoom meetings:

Adding Rumi Notetaker to Zoom

1. Login to your Rumi.ai Dashboard or go to https://rumi.ai/dashboard
2. Click “Integrations”
3. Scroll down to “AI Notetaker for Google Calendar meetings”
4. Click “Connect”
5. Select the Google account you’ll be connecting the Notetaker to, and follow the authorization steps.

Using Rumi Notetaker

Once installed, Rumi Notetaker works automatically. Here’s how:

1. Before the Meeting

   • Rumi automatically detects upcoming Zoom meetings from your Google calendar
   • The Notetaker will scheduled itself to join each Zoom meeting in your Google calendar
   • No additional setup required!

2. During the Meeting

   • Rumi Notetaker joins as a participant named "Rumi Notetaker"
   • Generates AI-powered meeting insights
   • Identifies action items and key decisions

3. After the Meeting

   • Access meeting summary in your Rumi dashboard
   • Search meeting content through Meeting Memory™
