Adding RumiBot to Zoom

1. Login to your Rumi.ai Dashboard or go to https://rumi.ai/dashboard
2. Click “Integrations”
3. Scroll down to “RumiBot for Google Calendar meetings”
4. Click “Connect”
5. Select the Google account you’ll be connecting RumiBot to, and follow the authorization steps.

Using RumiBot

Once installed, RumiBot works automatically. Here’s how:

1. Before the Meeting

   • RumiBot automatically detects upcoming Zoom meetings from your Google calendar
   • RumiBotwill scheduled itself to join each Zoom meeting in your Google calendar

2. During the Meeting
